Important Details Regarding Our Wedding Floral Packages

1. Why book a wedding package?
Convenient and eliminates one of the stresses of planning your wedding. You already know what you are getting and how much it costs. Perfect for a small wedding.

2. How soon before my wedding do I need to book?
Ideally you should order your flowers at least 6 months to a year before your wedding. The latest would be 2-3 months to allow us to source the perfect flowers for your day.

3. Do I need to book a consult to discuss my wedding package?
No, for a planned package but if you have floral needs beyond then it would be advisable to set up a consultation.

4. How to book a wedding package?
The best way to order a package would be to come in to the flower shop and discuss your wedding needs with us in a brief meeting. If you cannot do this we can email you or talk to you on the phone. Color variations can occur without you being in person. IE. blue has many shades.

5. Do I need to pay a deposit for a wedding package?
Yes, it reserves your day on our calendar and guarantees flowers for your wedding. Deposits are non refundable because once you decide to purchase a package we begin a process of sourcing and consulting with our suppliers to purchase the items needed for your wedding.

6. When is the final bill due?
The final bill is due one month before your wedding. An easy day to remember.

7. What if I have a different number of items needed? Do you offer ala Carte? Can I buy multiple packages?
If you purchase the package offered but want to expand the number of attendants or pieces needed, we can calculate the cost of extra blooms needed and devise a quote that you can add to your package. If you want church pieces or centerpieces this may include other flowers that can increase the cost which is why we will offer you a quote for you to consider.

You may also decide that you would like to double the package purchase to give you more flowers to use at your discretion and that is no problem at all.

8. Do you deliver wedding packages?
To keep the costs low, delivery is not included in these packages.

9. Can I choose the flowers? What flowers will I get? Unexpected flower substitutions?
In the Cottage & Boho Beauty Collections we have carefully chosen flowers that will define a specific look. You are able to choose the colors of the flowers and ribbons to coordinate with your vision.
In the event a certain flower is unavailable we will substitute a flower of equal value to maintain the look of your bouquets.

10. How do I make sure my color scheme and theme are represented in my flowers?
To be sure your color scheme and theme are represented it is always a good idea to provide us with swatches to match or coordinate with your vision.

11. Cancellation of package - refund policy
In the event that you need to cancel your package, it would be best to do it as soon as possible because once the flowers are ordered we are committed to that purchase. Cancellations up to 2 months before the wedding will enable us to return any monies except deposit that you have paid for your package. After this time we will be unable to refund any money because we will have paid suppliers for the items you had requested.

12. Can I choose the design of the bouquets (cascade, clutch)
In the Cottage Collection package a clutch bouquet is the standard. In the Boho Beauty Collection package a more free form is designed. If you prefer a cascade or a more elaborate design this would be considered a custom order and would involve a higher cost due to an increase in the flowers needed to design this bouquet. At this time we would have to schedule a consultation to discuss the flowers you would need and source the cost so that we could give you an accurate quote.

13. Are centerpieces included in the package or flowers for the ceremony or reception? Can those be added?
Our packages do not include church pieces or centerpieces but we would be more than happy to design these items for you. The cost would be above the basic packages and we would have to discuss with you the number of items needed so that we could prepare a quote to help you decide if you desire to add these pieces to your package.

14. Are the wedding packages available year round? Holidays?
Our wedding packages are available during the year with the exception of Christmas, Valentine's Day, & Mother's Day. The reason we cannot offer these packages during these times is because wholesalers increase the cost of flowers and availability cannot be guaranteed.

15. When can I pick up my wedding flowers?
It is always advisable to pick up your flowers as close to the time that you will be needing them. If you are planning to do photographs prior to your service it is always smart to get your flowers ahead of time. Flowers will be available the day of your wedding starting at 9am daily or 10am on Sunday when we open.

16. Can I see my flowers early?

We will be designing the flowers for your wedding the day before. If you choose to stop in to see how things are progressing you are more than welcome to do so.

17. Wedding is out of town and have to travel…how to keep flowers fresh?
If your wedding is out of town we can make special arrangements to have your flowers ready at a time you have discussed with us so that you can get to your destination on time. We will be sure to package your floral pieces in appropriate containers so that traveling with them will be easy for you.
